Norms and Procedures of Safe Environment Committee (NAPSEC) in the Major Archdiocese of Trivandrum were promulgated by His Beatitude Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos on 29 June 2020 at the Major Archbishop’s House, Pattom, Trivandrum. On the same day itself His Beatitude has constituted a Safe Environment Committee comprising seven members and Adv. Valsa John as its Director. This committee will be functioning to facilitate an environment free of sexual harassment and any kind of discrimination towards the adults, vulnerable adults and minors.
