Malankara Social Service Sosiety (MSSS) is the official charitable institution of the Major Archdiocese of Trivandrum of the Syro Malankara Catholic Church. It  presently reaches out to 202 villages of Kerala spread across the three districts viz. Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, and Pathanamthitta. Our coverage encompasses 7.8 million people irrespective of religion, caste or creed. During the past years MSSS could support its beneficiaries by providing facilities through awareness building programmes, seminars, employment generation programs, housing and sanitation, training, capacity building activities, education, agriculture development, livestock development, micro-ventures, women's development, health delivery systems in remote areas, support to vulnerable sections like orphans, destitute women, aged, gender sensitivity ,introducing innovative farming practices etc..

SANTWANAM intends to protect and develop spiritual and social well being of sick, especially those who seek admission and treatment in the referral medical institutions in Trivandrum, irrespective of caste and creed.  Hence this institution mainly concentrates to help poor and needy patients and their bystanders. Free accommodation and food for poor and needy 50 patients and for 50 bystanders are given.

Arch Bishop Mar Gregorios Snehaveedu has two homes. Arch Bishop Mar Gregorios Psycho Social Rehabilitation Centre established on 17th November 2008. On Ist December 2008 we have taken 9 destitute mentally ill persons for rehabilitation. Arch Bishop Mar Gregorios Snehaveedu Hospice House established on 30th May 2017 with 23 inmates from 9th ward of Govt. General Hospital Trivandrum . Arch Bishop Mar Gregorios Snehaveedu charitable society is the legal holder of these institutions. Right now 106 residents are here.

MALANKARA BOYS HOME, KARAMMOODUStarted in 1997 by His Grace Archbishop Cyril Mar Baselios with the intention of providing better education for under privileged Dalit Christian Children. Here boys 10-15 age group are accommodated and given special education and homely care.
