St. Alphonsa Hostel: This Hostel is situated at Mar Ivanios Vidya Nagar, Nalanchira, Trivandrum. It was primarily intended to give accommodation to girl students studying in Sarvodaya Vidyalaya. Gradually it began to home students from all the educational institutions in Mar Ivanios Vidya Nagar. It was started by Archbishop Benedict Mar Gregorios of happy memory in 1973. The service of Rev. Sisters of Sacred Heart Congregation of Kothamangalam province had been there since 1979. Patron and Manager of the Hostel is His Beatitude Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos. This hostel is owned and managed by the Major Archdiocese of Trivandrum.

Rev. Fr. Thomas Kayyalackal is the Director of the Hostel.
