History and Development
St. George Malankara Syrian Catholic Church, Villoor in the Major Archdiocese of Trivandrum belongs to the Ecclesiastical district of Kottarakkara. This Parish was established in 1978 and was blessed by Late Archbishop Benedict Mar Gregorios. The first vicar was Rev. Fr. Koshy Chakkalamannil. The church was renovated on 18th May 2014 and blessed by His Beatitude Moran Mor Baselios Cardinal Cleemis.
